<Ghost Dance
The rough beast slouches ever closer.
Some know; others feel unease and know not why.
It is the time for which we have prepared,
most unaware that we did.
Soon, it comes.
Now, awaken drums from long sleep.
Now, prepare the ground, mark the sacred way;
relearn what matters, practice it, teach it.
Call upon our elders, for now we are elders.
Remember Wounded Knee:
the world is not rescued by dance alone,
but without the Dance we might forget
why the sacrifice must be made.
