Re: So, what do we think of Terra Nova after nine episodes?

That pretty much nails it but it is flirting with being unwatchable.

It has become a show about teen angst. First the main guy's teen son is a traitor to the group to get his girlfriend to the colony, then the teen girl who loves the teen son is a traitor to the group to save her dying mother.

Never mind why they make such stupid decisions and never mind how their traitorous behavior is laughed off as typical teen acting out.

And, never mind how the well armed colony with a military hero in charge, seems to be constantly harassed by a starving rag tag rebel group who seem to be camped in shouting distance from the colony. It reminds me of kids playing Fort.

As you predict the show is doomed and that plot you are looking for will never develop.

Too bad, it could have been quite good.
