A corporation that is found to have done environmental damage or sold harmful products is normally hung out to dry, sued, and sometimes driven into bankruptcy.

If it is ever found that hundreds, or even maybe millions have died because of a mistake by environmentalists, what happens to them? What's the penalty for THEIR mistakes, or outright lies?
