No, I think the enviro policy of limiting DDT was reasonable.
It is the kleptocracies that have created the problem, imho, not Rachel and friends.
There are plenty of valid complaints against enviro extremism. The deindustrialization move the greens, ridiculous policies of managing our timber assets that have left them so vulnerable to fire, the opposition to ANWR, etc.
But I think the malaria of the 3d world, like the famines in the 3d world, are entirely kleptocraticaly driven.
