Leaks
<The pertinent data for the BMD tests is and should be classified and at the same time, it should be given to the appropriate members of Congress so they can exercise their oversight capability. That is happening. What the restrictions do is tell members of Congress that they can't leak that classified information to the public. Personally, I have no problem with that.
Of course, certain Congressmen will leak the information in a New York Minute if they think it will help them gain and keep political power. But that's another story.
