From this movie about the larger of Arizona's arachnids

Hi Lindy,

No trap-door spiders are generally harmless - but I am in the habit of wiping out any insect I meet in the desert larger than a silver dollar that I can't positively identify. ;-)

Survival of the biggest..

PS
Besides I've had my share of bigger insect bites - and they can be really annoying.
