Arguing against Corporations and people doing things to minimize their tax burden is like arguing against water runing downhill.
Its natural. It just happens.
States and countries are in a competition for business. If they raise their taxes to the point where business and industry is choosing to locate their operations somewhere else, then they are fools if they attempt to blame the businesses for being good at making profitable decisions.
