Re: She really must need something to write about...

Shit happens.
So do taxes.

What amazes me are those people who complain about the amount of taxes they have to pay FOR THEIR OWN COUNTRY.
Do they not love their country?

So, our largest corporations move their businesses to low paying third world countries and find tax shelters in off shore accounts and this is not only legal but LOYAL as well?
(Is this like loving your wife and family and wish to see them secure, yet hiding all excess money out of reach of your loved ones and denying it exists?)
These are the same people that claim they are Americans and want to serve and protect her?

Are these the very same ones you see in the courtroom who have their left hand over their heart and their right hand on the Bible while pleading the Fifth when asked about their accounting practises with Enron, Haliburton, et al?
Are these the ones who have profited from White House energy and defense pork barrel projects, took the money and ran?
Are these the same ones who gave the go-ahead to bomb this or that country, only because they held the contracts to RE-BUILD it??

No, no, no.
Don't you DARE diss these people, or we'll see you as unpatriotic.
Because being PATRIOTIC means being disloyal to your country economically.
Because the wealthiest top 10% doesn't pay THEIR taxes, the tax burden "trickles down" to the middle and lower classes, who are getting tired of the pork barrel "government".
And people like Tom Brosz who continually complain that our "socialist" government is driving him mad, and who is sick of being taxed for the better and greater good of our society, doesn't see himself as being "disloyal".

So I say to all you businessmen out there (who worship money more than their country),
NO TAXATION WITHOUT REPRESENTATION!!

If you don't like giving everything to the Crown (Bush, Clinton, Bush, Reagan, etc...), then flee the country with your Loyalists and create a new charter or Declaration of Independence and start over.
