The Federal Budget spends $8,000 approximately every tenth of a second, most of it on far stupider stuff, but that's beside the point. Given the amount of crap this has generated, Ashcroft should have just left it alone and settled for the hostile media twisting their backs out to take every last photograph of him in that room with a huge metal tit in the background. I'm sure the photographers get a giggle out of it.

It is entirely likely, given the prominent position of the statues, that many photographs might be taken of a person at that podium with those breasts in the background. In previous years, no doubt, such photos were discarded by editors as being unnecessarily distracting and a little stupid. Not any more, which says as much about the editors of the liberal media as it does the photographers.

That statue has been there for years, and I repeat my offer of fifty bucks (I can do Paypal) to any person who can scour the entire internet to locate a single published press photograph of Janet Reno, who was in that building for eight years, with that boob in it. Nice and clear, now, no blurry blobs in the background. Heck, just for fun, see if you can find a photo of ANY previous attorney general that looks like that.
