Unfortunately, as proven by our response to this bit of news, this was a "man bites dog" story. Are patriotic and radical-hating Muslims this rare, or are many such actions simply not being covered by the news? It's also possible that Muslims aiding the anti-terrorist efforts keep a very low profile, for obvious reasons.

I am reminded of Japanese-Americans who, despite the massive insult of being swept into internment camps, fought hard to join the American armed services in WWII, and were put into units that became some of the most renowned and decorated in the entire war. It didn't do them much good, but it's worth remembering.
