Topped in an illuminated emerald greenhouse and an aviary just beneith, the tower could be seen from afar even at night - a beacon high above the city.

During the day it would seem translucent, with alot of "stuff" inside, like trees, experimental plant cultivation areas for genetic research, observation decks, and special habitats for birds. All the while it would still appear very 'crystalline' with many prismatic angles, forms and edges.
