Clinton has a large army of people with the thankless job of finding or inventing reasons why Clinton is not to blame for anything wrong in the world today, and somehow it's all George W. Bush's fault. This effort is particularly creative, and of course has the additional motivation of excusing the failures of the authors, who were on Clinton's counterterrorism team.
I figure in another ten years, we will be hearing about how Monica did Bush in the Oval Office.
