Well, we tax ‘em, don’t we? Wasn’t there a big fuss over “taxation without representation”?
This’ll drive the conservatives nuts. Wonder how they get around it. Don't tax 'em, I guess. Fer sure can't let 'em vote. But they HAVE to pay, bigawd! And they can't vote, they aren't even citizens.
