*Christopher Plummer's character says this to describe "the virgin" Connie Swail before she is sacrificed at a meeting of P.A.G.A.N. (People Against Goodnesss and Normalacy) in L.A., in the Hanks/Akroyd film "Dragnet".
It was more applicable when the film was made in the 80's - a provincial joke included only for folks from around L.A. - since Orange County was always a GOP wellspring of conservative morality.
