I was trying to make a point. Of course Streisand's ownership of stock means nothing. I'd bet money she didn't even know about it, with a financial advisor moving her money around. But during the Great Republican Hunt a few months ago, politicians were assumed to be corrupt if they had even the remotest connection to companies under suspicion, including stock ownership, or friends who worked for the companies.
