>"The question now is - how long before the technology is pilfered and delivered to our adversaries?"
It won't need to be pilfered.
We will build enough of them and then start selling them to our allies, who will of course, eventually turn into our enemies, who will eventually use them against us.
Read my lips: it all comes back to haunt us.
Look at the mess we are in now.
We never have enough.
We want more.
We go to war to keep the defense industry in business and the old men send our young men off to battle, NOT TO DEFEND OUR COUNTRY, but to widen their economic base on worldwide resources and defend their idealogy, or theology, if you will.
I sometimes think secretly that all these religious right wing wackos that Bush is appointing make him feel superior, like if he cloaks himself in the religious and the self-righteous, and they all go to church diligently on Sunday and read Bible scripture, then thay HAVE TO BE RIGHT, because their GOD won't let them down.
Frankly, I think they're getting a little tired waiting for Jesus to return, and are SO convinced that He's coming, that they'll push everyone's buttons just to see their God damned prophecy!
Hallelujah.
Amen.
Can I puke now?

How long before it's "pilfered' you say?
