I have no doubt that energy independence, including 100% fully renewable fuel sources, are implementable using agricultural residues and ocean-derived biomass.

Read the essay entitled "Benthic Energy", found in the Renewable Energy Transportation & Future Developments sections near the bottom of my Starship Generations website.
