My wife and I both got XP upgrades. She had ME and I have 98SE.
I like to read the procedure before I do something but my wife just jumps in with both feet.
Long-story-short, After installing two copys of XP on her hard drive ,7 calls to tech support, One new modem and a CD writer that still doesn't work, She got XP up and running.
It became painfully obvious I need a new computor more than I need a new OS.
Old-dog...New-tricks
(Do you suppose MS contracted Fischer-Price to design XP's icons?)
