It was filed under "Foreign Policy Guidelines, Philosophy and Practice" and "studied" between appointments by the current President of the United States of America.

Also, it's been required reading for speechwriters, as well as for Cabinet members and National Security people prior to the Sunday "Meet the Press" type programs.

And they miss it. Badly. To stay on course. Need it back.
