remind me of the immortal line from "The Life and Times of Judge Roy Bean":
"There's nothing on Earth more self-righteous than a reformed whore."
Can't stand the smell of cigarette smoke, personally, even though I never smoked more than a few. Funny thing, before everyone became so concerned about second-hand smoke, we had to put up with smokers in the workplace. I didn't like it but I put up with it for many years without a problem. Now, someone can light up a smoke 100 yards away and I'll be repulsed by the smell. Perhaps I've become deconditioned to the smell, or perhaps cigarettes actually smell worse today.
When I was in the Army, I hated having to police up cigarette butts because I didn't smoke. My problem was that most of the sergeants did smoke and they liked having others pick up after them.
