Eau de tobacco
Interestingly enough, although I don't like the smell of smoking, I could stand all day and inhale in a tobacco shop. As long as none of it's burning. One of the great smells of the retail world, right up there with bakeries, leather stores, steakhouses, and coffeeshops (coffee also smells a lot better than it tastes). If you pay attention, you can tell exactly what kind of a store you are in by the smell, and not just specialty shops.
