If war breaks out
<One thing is certain, if war breaks out people will die.
Saddam has killed off about a million of his own people so far, about a third of them state-sponsored murders unrelated to wars. If we let him be for another decade or so, how many more would he kill? And that doesn't even count who might die if he gets an itch to move on another country again, or decides to nuke Israel.
Is any collateral damage we could do liberating that country going to be worse than what will happen if we do nothing?
