When you think of the cultural influence America has had, and the expansion of our science and technology around the world, none of which was forced in any way, this is ludicrous on the face of it.
Western values, primarily those of individual rights and freedom, sell themselves just fine, and without any "organized violence."
If you want "organized violence" as a way of life, try living in most non-Western cultures.
