Apparent Pattern in American bombing runs

I'm probably not going out on a limb by speculating that so-called "friendly fire" incidents, where Canadian, British, and Kurdish soldiers were killed by American bombing runs were also purposeful. It is no surpise then that the Canadians are not participating in this war, since we were already suspicious of this, and had our suspicions confirmed when the American soldiers were let off the hook.
