...from it's claim that the round was deliberatly sent toward journalists. I'm sorry I didn't catch the spokesperson's name, but he suggested their initial accusation came in anger, mere moments after the tragedy.
As cooler heads prevailed, they realized that what they were saying really wasn't on.
