A little history, a little economics and a dash of art to boot.
Kids don't learn to hate there......it does not "destroy" their promising young lives, nor does it mess with their heads.
Drug-oriented peer groups, lack of parental supervsion and care, opportunity, negative PC gaming and perhaps abuse set certain kids up for failure.
