In the meantime, you might apply this rule of thumb:

An army of liberal media hounds is out there right now with a single thought in their heads: How can I destroy George W. Bush? And preferably get credit for it?

If there was any meat to this accusation at all, it would be covering the front page of the New York Times. If it isn't, it means there's a good chance there's no meat there. This far from an election, there's no point in squatting on it.

Although, come to think of it, that's what they did with the DUI story they threw in a few days before the last Presidential election.
