It's terrible news, but we had to expect it.
I'm not sure she'll have her name on the Memorial monolith at KSC. S David Griggs killed himself during a stunt flight of an old WWII plane and never got the same honors as Manley Carter, the Challenger crew and others. I even wonder if the Ascan who also died in a plane crash shortly after he was selected (in 1986 or7) got the same honors.
It all depends if the death occured while on assignment for NASA or during private circumstances.
