No one currently knows how many people in Britain are currently incubating BSE.

No one currently knows how many livestock abroad were infected by contaminated feed exported from the UK.

No one currently knows how many people were infected by consuming those cattle.

While its true that current changes in cattle management will put an end to this outbreak, no one currenly knows its full extent - only time will tell.
