With Regard To 0 Risk

Alex,

Upon review of my earlier comments, I can see why you made the zero risk comment. I would not say a 1 in a billion risk is 0 risk either. However, I would not castigate another for taking that position in a public debate, because I do consider it essentially 0 risk as a practical matter. I would simply advise the person to use the more accurate odds in the future. I think the primary justifications for current MSR plans are public confidence and the basic scientific protocol of treating unknowns as hazardous until proven otherwise; not any significant risk.

Regards,
Mark
