as well so does the English radar. The reason stealth still work is the dependency ot some radars not to pick the stealth up, e.g. the radar station might pick it up, but the missile won't. unless you have a specially modified missile with a radar that can pick stealth up. (oops, Kosovo.) Remember Saddam stopped by there before war broke out with us and serbia. I wonder what he told them about our stealth technology? Iraq had the chineese radar capable of picking stealth up. This is why Machiavelli wrote you should thoroughly crush your oppenents so that they don't come back to haunt you. Humans are crafty and always find a way to do that, and it never fails the other humans forget this and get cocky.

(personally I think stealth technology is not what they let on. I think it has more to do with anti noise technology. i.e. producing a wave with opposite peaks and valleys so as to negate what is picked up. This works for sound waves and such technology is on the market. I don't know if it will work for electromagnetic waves. anyway I suspect it does and thus if we needed to upgrade the antiradarwave devicein the stealth perhaps we could. . .
