Equipping Iraq or Iran with those masts. A great deal for the company selling those masts and the cell phone company too. This will help the people of those countries making deals with the rest of the world, bring them together, vanish their isolationism and help them understand who their leaders are. Gone the need to bomb them.
Commerce helps avoiding wars.
