interesting website

I beleive this is what I was refering to, I read somewhere that they asked he give it back.
The medal that Mr. Hoagland received is actually an Ångström memorial medal, and The Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences has stated that The Angstrom Foundation AB did not have permission to use the Academy's medal for their award.

Mr. Ångström, a descendant of Anders Jonas Ångström, had good intentions when he awarded Mr. Hoagland with the Ångström Medal. However, Mr. Ångström's academic credentials are unknown to me and I do not know if The Angstrom Foundation AB enlisted qualified scientists to properly review Mr. Hoagland's work before awarding him with the Ångström Medal.

I don't know if you coudl say hoagland popularized hyperdimensional physics. I've never heard of the feild before. Just what is hyperdimensional physics anyway? sounds to me like two buzz words stuck together to sound like something.
