NM vs AZ?
The Oschin scope is in Arizona, LINEAR in New Mexico. Could the possibilities Larry and Nick mention account for why one was up while then other down when located so close together? These sound like good ideas to me for North versus south or possibly even Hawaii vs continental US, but not neighboring states.
