Resounding Conservative victories?

TB, there's only been one truly successful conservative President, Reagan, since Calvin Coolidge. Hoover presided over a catastrophe, Eisenhower was a moderate, so was Nixon, and a crook to boot. Ford was appointed, Bush I was a successful moderate, but he was loathed by his party and only served one term, and Bush II (the only true unrepentant conservative) was an unmitigated disaster.

As for conspiracies, do you really believe the Liberals could somehow coordinate their activities and convince the Conservatives to do something against their own principles and interests without it being a conspiracy? Do you really have such a low opinion of your own comrades? Or do you just reject the term "conspiracy" because it is too reminiscent of "cult", "anomalism" "fanatic" and "wacko"?

Tom, your logic isn't screwed up because you're conservative. It's just screwed up.
