They seem to be channels as the shadows are the opposite of larger dunes in the photo. The sun seems to be coming from about 4 o'clock. I guess fluid was leaking out of a line in the "sand" for some reasons and a few tributaries became very long. Definitely a weird photo, I've never seen channels quite like this, certainly never associated with dunes. Nearly all of them are found on crater rims and pits.
