Earth-sized planets that regularly occult their parent stars strike me as good candidates for some sort of spectral analysis of their possible atmospheres. Targets for this baby. Between Kepler and TPF, I would lay good odds that we will have an oxygen-atmosphere terrestrial-sized planet in our sights before another 20 years have gone by.
