Just a few days ago, I picked up some info from one of my American friends.
He told me of a satellite, belonging to the National Security Agency
of the United States given the designation FORTE.
All I could tell you is...that that particular intelligence satellite detects emissions from nuclear weapons, and weapon's grade materials.
TRANSLATION: It spots the locations of and tracks the movements of nukes.
MY HYPOTHESIS: This NSA satellite, FORTE, works by detecting the emissions
of high-speed neutrons from plutonium,
U-235, etc., which means you would have to transport nukes in deep tunnels, deep underwater, or heavily shielded by lead, to avoid detection & tracking by FORTE....[I'm being serious, here!]

To tell you anymore about FORTE, I'd have to kill you. [I'M KIDDING!]
