You're right.
They have changed the name again. It's amazing how many name changes and agency can endure - especially since it is one of the oldest agencies in the defense department. The DSWA probably contracted the Forte satellite and now it is one of the assets of the DTRA.
The new DTRA logo looks amazingly like a project logo done for the DSWA back in '96.
They are obviously still online under a new name. If I blink again, the name will be changed again.
