A version of the transhab inflatable or a modified ISS module (probably EXPEN$IVE)And lar, VASIMR test flies in 2 years. A solar powered (100KW) VASIMR would provide lots of delta V at low mission weight. You'd need a liquid booster to launch thru the Van Allen belts though.
