Where exactly do you get the numbers that say that drilled oil will run out in 2 years in Canada and 23 years for the world? I understand that environmentalists are trying to prevent any form of new exploration, but even so this sounds a bit unlikely.
Of course, when I was going to college, the oil was supposed to run out in 1990, so there you go.
