Space/Science » in reply to Dr. Oliver stetches credulity

Question is: is he another Velikovsky, or another Dr. Thomas Gold?

Velikovsky, of course, published mostly nonsense, yet had an accurate idea of a "hellishly-hot" Venus in
the late 1940's; Dr. Thomas Gold
published "far-out" theories [like kilometer deep layers of lunardust]
that were all, eventually, proven wrong,
yet was and is a noted professional scientist.
