you wrote: A SHORT LIST OF KNOWN AND SUSPECTED HISTORICAL IMPACTS AS
OF FEBRUARY, 2002
All capitals, but it was a title so I'll avoid automatically classifying you as a net crank.
>Instead, you rat bastard, you call me a liar and deluded. Well, I'm here to fuck you all up.
Your list is impressive, and remarkable. Not as a record of impact events, but of the ingenuity of a
determined mind following a preset agenda.
Most archaeologists and historians would view that list of the repeated crash of civilisations across
the world as a testament to the vagaries of climate, economics, and sociopolitics.
>Most archaeologists have not considered the possibility of impact, and have developed other explanations for the crashes, even in the case where read contemporaneous accounts of impact exist.
You choose to interpret *everything* as impact-related, even when no evidence exists.
>Fuck you, that never happens. I have my hands full with just a few cases of impact, and I have doubts about a great many proposed impacts. Other researchers are researching other possible impact events, and on their behalf I want to say "Fuck you" for them as well while I'm here.
Your support, in most cases, consists of ill-documented reports of unusual rain, or heavy hail, or
portents in the sky, sometime in the same decade, or century as the "event".
> Don't fucking lie, mother fucker, don't lie about the evidence. When I cite ancient accounts, they are usually clear statements that people were killed by junk from space. Exactly how long do you think you can play that bullshit game before everyone wises up to your manned flight to Mars fantasies which motivate it?
If your interpretation were correct, we should be living in fear of the skies, and would hold a
strong race-memory of impact events.
> You seem to have forgot God in HEAVEN, asshole
Instead, we live in fear of climatic change and sociopolitics which still have the power to
depopulate whole cities and locally set civilisation back significantly.
Against THIS background, the few small impact events are as important as the small change in
your pocket vs the Enron collapse.
>Look, you stupid bastard, you don't know enough about the impact hazard to comment on it, and this derives from your inability to read summations of evidence which are commonly available.
EP, you are either a sensationalist scaremonger, or worse, you actually beleive what you say, in
which case you are sadly deluded.
>Try Option C, which is that you don't know what the fuck you are talking about.
Either way, viewed objectively your extreme statements are so unsupported by fact as to equate
to lies.
>Why don't you try peddling this bullshit to the experts over at CC Net? If you do manage to get this tripe posted, I won't have to waste my time cutting you a new asshole, as some 700 of the world's top experts will do it.
