As usual, no check had arrived form Ad Astra for my Mars rover artiicle. Glad you at least confirmed you were in Setizen's office...
Frank took me into the next room and asked that I write an article on the Chinese missile program. I declined, and my guess then was as it was now: the two fof you would use it, with no payment.
Instead what I offered was to put together the first hand accounts of the pioneer researchers in recent impacts. This would entail no writing on my part, simply putting together and ediiting the writing of others. Seitzen was enthusiatic, but later did nothing with the piece. Given that I viewed that as a possibiliity when I talked with him, I was not really very disappointed.
Once again, I am not a member of the NSS, but why they choose to let a Tumlinson stooge such as yourself anywhere near their offices is beyond me.
Looks like Tumlinson's shot his wad with the Russians, who have finally wised up after their $20,000,000 loss. I don't think he's going to be booking any rides on ISS soon. I wonder how much the NSS will loose before they realize the man'd an idiot.
Bye,
