Not likely....
MirCorp hasn't been agenting rides on Soyuz for a year (since it stopped paying its bills, actually; which made Energiya happily drop Mir from the sky). Energiya - the only group capable of booking seats on Soyuz nowadays - >has< been negotiating with sending a Russian popster up for a few months, now; if such possibilities really are relevant to anything in space futures.
