I said I would never disregard it... not that I wouldn,t allow it ever in my fiction- in fact I was thinking of having FTL travel later in the story....
You may remember the post i made a year or so back on the only way i could envision FTL w/o violating known physics...too much... (required the many worlds interpretation of QM...)
