I never said speed up the electromagnetic spectrum. I said play with the flow of time.
I also never mentioned into a black hole, I merely stated the use of synthetic black holes.
The Universe he creates is entirely his, so there should be no trepidation to applying specific properties to it -- particularly properties that cannot be disproven, such as building a sustainable, synthetic black hole and storing it on the grounds of Fermilab.
