<Cosmology FAQ

- If the universe is expanding & accelerating, this indicates anti-gravity, or that more space is created and fills in the distance between galaxies causing them to appear to move apart. Light en-route is stretched and appears red-shifted.

- If the latter is true, then it means that space is an ether, an absolute reference frame or medium.

- Working against gravity requires energy, and so the accelerating expansion of the universe suggests an unlimited energy source.

- The alternative to an unlimited energy source is a continuous release of potential energy. This might be equivalent to the relaxing of a highly compressed rubber spring. Acceleration requires a constant thrust equivalent, with exponentially increasing kinetic energy.
