Where does the energy come from? It has to come from somewhere. It is one of those things that doesn't agree with conventional ideas. In fact it makes me wonder if someone hasn't screwed up somewhere....
Maybe the energy is already there, stored in an unknown reservoir. Perhaps space-time elasticity?
