I am not advertising for them, but you will never find a 3D solid modelling package anywhere else that can be run on a palm-top PC with just a few megabytes of memory, regardless of whether you are seeking mesh- or parametric-based modelling. You will not find one, period. Blender was programmed using old-style Assembly language.
